Richard Bannister Gallery

Richard is a native of Greenville, South Carolina. Since graduating
from Winthrop University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree,
he has participated in several photography workshops throughout the
country and in Scotland. His experience has enabled him to master
many photographic techniques including all color formats, color and
silver prints, image transfers, emulsion transfers and pinhole
photography. Richard's work experience includes two years of post-
graduate study as a freelance photographer's assistant and five years
as an Associate Commercial Photographer at Working Pictures, Inc. in
Greenville, SC. He is currently employed at Sea Island Art Gallery and
continues freelance work locally. His most recent photographs arose
from a personal trip to Italy. Richard's photography is represented
by Dave Ball.
